What it looks like in the chat. Example profile, not a real person.

How it works

  1. Say hi to the bot /start

Tap the button, press Start. The bot asks a few things: age, who you want to meet, your location, a name and a photo.

  2. Swipe people near you /swipe

Like, skip, or send a Crush if someone really stands out. Cards show distance, not your exact location.

  3. Match, then talk /profile

When you both like each other, the bot tells you and gives you a button to message them on Telegram.

Why on Telegram?

No new app

You already have Telegram. There is no store listing to find, no extra account to remember.

Real chats, right away

A match opens a normal Telegram chat. No in-app inbox you forget to check.

Keep your number to yourself

Bios cannot contain links, @usernames or phone numbers, so people cannot be pulled off to other platforms by spam.

Safety

A dating bot only works if people feel okay using it. This is what is in place today:

  • Adults only. Profile setup rejects any age under 18.
  • You agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy before you create a profile.
  • Every profile has a Report button: spam, fake profile, inappropriate content or harassment.
  • Links, @usernames and contact numbers are blocked in names and bios.

Questions

Is Swipify free?

Yes. You can set up a profile, swipe and chat for free with a daily like limit. Paid VIP and Crush are optional and only add more likes, rewinds and Crushes.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Swipify runs entirely inside Telegram. If you have Telegram on your phone or desktop, you are set.

What languages does the bot speak?

Right now the bot replies in English and Indonesian. This page is available in five languages, but the chat with the bot is English or Indonesian for the moment.

How does the bot know who is near me?

During setup you share your location once. Other people only see a rounded distance in kilometres, not where you are.

Who can use it?

Only people aged 18 and over. Profile setup does not accept anything younger.

What if someone behaves badly?

Tap Report on their profile and pick a reason. Reports are reviewed and accounts can be banned.

Thirty seconds from now you could be swiping.
